Hey everyone on this episode of Play it Through its Magical Quest starring Mickey Mouse for the Super Nintendo brought to us by Capcom. Capcom and Disney made some of the best games on the NES and when Nintendo jumped to the SNES Disney and Capcom followed making some more great games including Goof Troop, Bonkers, and the Magical Quest series which spanned 3 games one of which was not released in NA until the GBA was released. Magical Quest has Mickey traveling to a strange world to rescue Pluto from the evil Emperor Pete. Along the way Mickey gets new costumes and with them some cool power ups including a fire hose to put out fire based enemies and platforms as well as a Bionic Commando style grappling hook. Magical Quest is one of my favorite platformers of the 16-bit age so I hope you Enjoy!!! After all, this attraction—first designed for the 1964 New York World’s Fair—has Walt Disney’s personal touch. Plumber Donald is using a large magnet in his work. When he drops it, it causes trouble for Pluto, especially after Pluto swallows it. Things begin clinging to him, especially his metal dog dish.
