Each year, the topiaries as seen in EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival are reused 6-7 months later for Holidays Around the World to decorate Future World (but usually Showcase Plaza, the spacious area when you first enter World Showcase).
Pluto here is oft either seen with a Santa hat or, in recent years, standing by his decorated doghouse between Future World and Showcase Plaza.
