And speaking of the original titles to two Pluto cartoons, I also posted a video response to the openings to two of the same cartoons, but these are all the later titles, but they censored the RKO references in there, but these are from volume 1 of the “Walt Disney Treasures” series “The Complete Pluto” that I still have, but it uses the Buena Vista logo in there.

@HomeoftheGoodGuys “Private Pluto” also has the later opening title with the Buena Vista logo shown with the fanfare used in “Son of Flubber” as well as the later end title. I also have it on “The Complete Pluto – Vol. 1” part of the “Walt Disney Treasures” series of DVD’s. Thanks for showing two of the original titles.

Never seen that Pluto’s headshot before, but I also have this cartoon from “The Complete Pluto – Vol. 1” DVD part of the “Walt Disney Treasures”, it had the later opening title with the Buena Vista logo, a later Pluto headshot and a later title with no RKO reference shown until it fades out for a quick second to go into the credits. After the cartoon ends, it had a later end title says “The End – A Walt Disney Production” instead of the original end title.

@joe65TVS I have them on the 2nd volume of the first series of Walt Disney Cartoon Classics, Pluto.

I didn’t know that 2 Pluto Cartoons have the original opening as well. Where did you find it?

  • TheSourceForDVDVHS Says:

@Kartoonkid95 Yes sir, Pluto was acting a little goofy in this cartoon.

  • Kartoonkid95 Says:

“In Dutch” had the Goofy end theme!
