Slavoj Zizek comments on a Disney cartoon from 1935 entitled “Pluto’s Judgement Day.” Arguing that we don’t take fictions seriously enough, he analyzes this cartoon in light of Stalinism & totalitarian show trials. The clip is taken from the documentary “The Pervert’s Guide to Cinema.”
