Come a little closer… Step into the wonder… The grand daily parade of Disneyland Paris is beyond your wildest dreams – one of the most spectacular, beautifully-crafted parades in Disney history. Part 1 features Dreams of Imagination (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Chip, Dale, Pluto), Dreams of Laughter & Fun (Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio), Dreams of Friendship (Toy Story, Winnie the Pooh), plus the full show stop of the opening float, featuring the theme song “Just Like We Dreamed It” by Sunny Hilden, which was also the anthem of the 15th Anniversary. For the first time in Paris, each float features more than one group of characters, and all come overflowing with clever special effects, glitter, sparkling LED lights, moving props, live puppets and a huge range of dancers and street entertainers – Tigger can even properly bounce! The beautiful float music was orchestrated by Steve Sidwell (Moulin Rouge) and recorded by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of London.

The first performance of Mickey’s Soundsational Parade at the Disneyland Resort on May 26, 2011. This recording was taken right from parade step off so you will see the very beginning of the first showing of this parade. Mickey’s Soundsational Parade has units that include: 1. The Mickey Mouse Float with a drum line in front, Mickey and Minnie Mouse aboard, and Goofy, Pluto, Chip, and Dale following. 2. Aladdin Drum Float with Aladdin on top, the Genie and dancers/cymbal players in front, and Abu bringing up the rear. 3. The Little Mermaid Float with dancers in front, Ariel and Sebastian aboard the float, and maraca playing crab behind. 4. Three Caballeros unit with Donald Duck aboard the drum float and Jose Carioca and Panchito Pistoles dancing around below. 5. Tangled/Princess float with Rapunzel, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and Belle. 6. Jungle float with characters from The Jungle Book, Tarzan, and The Lion King including Simba aboard the drum float. 7. The Princess and the Frog float with Princess Tiana and Louis aboard. 8. Neverland unit with Captain Hook, Peter Pan and Mr. Smee out in front with Tinker Bell aboard the drum float. 9. Mary Poppins unit with Mary Poppins, Bert, Chimney Sweeps, and the Pearly Band bring up the rear of the parade.
