Most of those dogs never ever even existed as walk-arounds.
The Oliver and Company characters did at one time, but? they haven’t been seen in years.

Although Stitch is no longer regarded as a dog by Lilo? and Nani (they now regard him as an adopted brother), they thought he was one at first at the beginning of the movie, so they have reason to include him. Plus, he’s a Tomorrowland-based character anyway.
As for Bolt, he still makes rare random meet-and-greet appearances at Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

You have no idea what? I’d give to be there right now. I love park dance parties, and the Disney dogs are my FAVORITE. But most importantly, Bolt is my favorite character ever and I’ve been dying to meet him for years. Of course I’m going to DisneyLAND soon, but not World 🙁 sighs
