Flickr – “Pluto with 50th Medallion”
Yet another unique collar for another fun event, here is the ‘outfit’ of Pluto’s for Disneyland’s Parade of Dreams, part of the 2005 Happiest Celebration on Earth, which in turn celebrated Disneyland’s 50th.
Can you say ‘regal as jeck’? Look at that majestic ‘50’ medallion. A rather French take on it with the fleur-de-lis emblem on four sides – perhaps there was some inspiration from New Orleans Square… why, even his collar medal used for the Jambalaya Jazz Cavalcade is very similar.
And I can also spy with my little eye that it was clearly made out of love – the silver hearts and faux gemstones on the blue velvet is a great touch.
Interestingly, a second 50th medal for Pluto exists…
I suppose a clearer pic of this medal exists in somebody’s memory card plz?
