It would become a one hit wonder for people who only listen to what’s in the top 40. But there are people who when they enjoy a song go out and find out more about the artist and their music and that’s a good thing even if they? did hear it on mainstream radio first, Anyway, Triple J is guilty of overplaying. Everytime I listen (which is about twice a day) I literally hear Lana Del Ray and The Shins Simple Song every single time!

When mainstream gets? hold of an alternative song they over play it making everyone hate it and they don’t keep track of the band and their progress.. they just become a one hit wonder in mainstream radio .. that’s why songs get killed on mainstream

my love of awesome music brought? me here!

I don’t understand how a song gets killed if it gets played on mainstream radio? It’s still the same song, and surely more airplay is a good thing as it hopefully means more money for the artist? maing it easier to keep making good music.

The song is really underrated!
(But I bet I’ll? be butthurt when it becomes mainsteam).

Loving this on triple? J!

I think this song will be massive soon and mainstream radio will steal it and kill it? like they always do. I’m going to enjoy it while it lasts though! 🙂

Fantastic song. It was a guaranteed inclusion in my Triple J Hottest 100 vote. When I first heard it, I thought it was a Brendan? Benson song.

love the drums, love the guitar, love the lyrics, and the voice aint bad either! I? would have expected the video clip to be a little more epic. Maybe it was shot with an old video tape camera it would have worked, or at least applied some kind of after effects,,, effect.
