You’ll notice some inspiration from “Muscle Beach Tom” there too. The last time Plum was animated her inflation was FULL of music so I dusted off the old keyboard for this one. I Googled Minks to see what copyright-safe color scheme I could use for my tribute, and found out their fur is brown. I threw in some nods to Julie Bruin otherwise. I love the colors used for the letters “Balloon Toons”, and their shines. It’s already seen in other of your cartoons but I took the chance to mention it. The notes fit pretty well, specially when Plum is impulsed out of the house. Nice timing for the still moment before she falls into the water. I kinda dislike the color transitions in elements of the bathroom, like the door or the? wall. I think flat colors would have been better. Pretty good considering you are following a weekly schedule.
