This was a big milestone! Christy introduced me to Disneyland! It is a milestone in her life due to her working to recover from a brain injury in Feb. 2003. It was a first visit for me! Years ago, this was not even an imaginable activity for Christy. She enjoyed showing me, Windsor B., parts of Disneyland while she remembered and enjoyed what she saw. Christy is really growing in enjoying colors – many colors and patterns too. She handled the many people around her, the sounds of the holiday music, all of the new adjustments. It was a great day at the “Happiest Place on Earth!”

Christy! Windsor! I LOVE this video! Thank you so much for sharing one of your happiest days with us. I can see how much fun you were having together, and it made me smile, too! I loved the introduction to Pluto and the high five. Your video reminded me to enjoy the simple joys of going places with my partner, my best friend, my service dog. Oh Christy and Windsor! I LOVE this video!! It is so happy and sweet! I can sense the childlike thrills and happiness of this place even through my computer! You and Windsor look GREAT in your Mickey ears, and I loved watching Windsor sniff Pluto with such curiosity! Thank you for making and sharing this video! I am still dreaming of going there someday myself… 🙂
