“[Can’t recognize]. Come on, let’s get goin'”
*Pluto is snatched and aimed at the sky by the cannon*
“You said it. Stand Clear and I’ll give you the word! [giggle]”
*After firing but before Pluto can land…*
“Oh, so it’s you again huh?” *spots shadow*
“Yeah he’s all set up for the side pocket. Come on, let’s get going.”

“I suggest we crack some more nuts. What do you say we put a whole load around and go along cracking one after the other. And that way, we’ll save a lot of time.
“Sounds good to me. What’s the goal?”.
*Chipmunks notices the nuts are gone*
[EXACT same conversation when we first saw them both]
*Chipmunks try again and fail*
[EXACT same second conversation, after angering Pluto]
*Chipmunks spot the problem*
“Uh oh! It’s that beast again, and he’s chuckling like he’s done something smart.”

[Same conversation when they pissed off Pluto but reversed, then:]
“I sure took care of him. And was his face red. I bet he doesn’t come around here again.”
“Imagine the nerve of…[indescribable words here] … ooping in other people’s business.”
“I think that’s the last of him” [Pluto’s ear SFX in the way]
“Now that’s that. What do you think we outta do next?”

*Pluto is angry*
“Hey, who’s the stupid-looking mutt out there?”
“I don’t know. What does he look like?”
“He’s a big baboon of an ape. Come on, take a look.”
*Pluto Growls while approaching*
“Oh! And he’s gotten mad too.”
“Yeah. It looks like he wants to eat us up.”
“Oh dear! What will we do?”
“Come on, we’ll fix him. Let’s give him the old one-two.”
*”Chip” gets his foot stuck behind Pluto’s nose*
“Come on!”

Chip and Dale (or at this time, the Chipmunks) are actually saying words. It’s just that at that high speed, it’s very difficult to make them out.
For example, when we first see them at the other end of the cannon, the Dialogue is as follows:
“We’ve cracked enough at the moment.”
“No! I think we outta go ahead an crack some more.”
“Well come on! Maybe you’re right; let’s get going then.”

Yeah I never got it either. But Disney never really was a classic business for making sense. Just appealing to kids and finding the inner kid in their parents. It’s too bad the new Disney is mainly just a sell out throwing the same scripts and bad actors in nowadays at a low budget thing. I’ll never forget being a kid at Disneyworld for the first time and I wish they’d allow the new generations to be exposed to it. Still the cartoons are still around at least.

Pluto’s awesome! Still I always thought it was kinda funny that Mickey has a dog for a pet and a dog man for a friend. Although this is a universe where everyone’s an animal so whatever. It’s just good fun.
