I think that was one of Pluto’s girlfriends at one time, and Minnie’s dog. Forget what Disney cartoon though. I remember it was a cartoon when Minnie was baking cookies. 🙂

Back in 1930 dot eyes were popular for cartoon characters. By 1940 they weren’t popular for cartoons anymore. Cartoon characters became more detailed by then.
