So there’s this awesome painting inspired by the work of Pablo Picasso, painted by Tim Rogerson. Yet it was never present at any Art of Disney I had visited. I had however seen the other three. Trust me, I would’ve taken a pic if I saw this in one…
So in short…. What happened to this painting? Was it a very limited release? Did it even got a decent release? eBay has no listings now and in the past, and a Google search find THIS PAGE dictating the three but not this one. And the one other site that talks about this painting reveals:

- low availability
- $4150
WAIT. Why are the other three worth roughly $550 yet this has the secondary retail value is over SEVEN TIMES its worth!? How low was the LE, 12!?!?!? What happened there, Rogerson!?!?!? WHY DOES THIS KIND OF BULL ALWAYS HAPPEN WITH PLUTO DANGIT 🙁

I like to think of this parade as an early forerunner of current parades who encourage guests to come and dance with the characters like Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It! and Pixar Play Parade.
The amazing thing about this parade was the inclusion of a wide variety of face and fur characters to party and dance with the park guests. Why, here’s a video to explain the madness. 😛
The Disney Party Express (TDL)
Since this is a Pluto blog, I naturally need to showcase his portion in the parade, which was his balloon self on the caboose behind Mickey’s (of course) and his furry self. Is it me or does that hat/collar resemble medieval garments more than partying?
